missed appointments The session will be cancelled if contact is not made within 15 minutes of the appointment time. The first missed appointment is free. However you pay for the full hour if this is repeated. A third missed appointment will void our contract and any unused hours will be refunded.
cancelled appointments There are no problems with cancelled appointments provided they are cancelled a day or so beforehand and not an hour before. Appointments are easily rescheduled.
age limits: age 11 and over
Under 18's must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to make payment. It is advised that this person be in the room during the session (for security/safety reasons). An introduction to this person at the beginning of the webcam session is essential to confirm the arrangement.
'session ended' confirmation For my records and to keep everything above board, I need you to email me after each session, confirming that an hour's tuition was received. You can use this email to pass on any thoughts you may have had about the session you've had and remind me of things you might want to do next time.
video records You are allowed to record our sessions, if you wish. However, these recordings are to be used exclusively for your personal use only. They must not be sold or put online.
cancellation of tuition sessions A full refund will be made on request, provided the request is made 3 days before the next scheduled session.
